Brief bio:
Egor Revkov is a computational Research Officer in Sharma lab at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research. He is currently working on statistical techniques for the investigation of oncofetal ecosystem in cancer tissues. He completed a PhD at the Genome Institute of Singapore, A*STAR jointly with the School of Computing at the National University of Singapore; he then joined the lab in late 2024. As a researcher, Egor is interested in studying the molecular properties of tumor microenvironment using bioinformatics and machine learning.
