Ziyi Li

Dr. Ziyi Li is a Principal Investigator at the Suzhou Institute of Systems Medicine, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Bioinformatics from the Peking University, China in 2020, followed by the postdoctoral training in the laboratory of Florent Ginhoux at the Shanghai Institute of Immunology from 2020 to 2023. His research focuses on applying bioinformatics and multi-omics approaches to unravel the immune microenvironment, with a particular emphasis on the reprogramming of myeloid cells. His work has been published in leading journals, including Cell (2020, 2021), Nature Cancer (2023, 2024), and Immunity (2023, 2024).
