Jia (Jenny) Liu

Dr Jia (Jenny) Liu (MD PhD) is a medical oncologist and Translational Lead of the Early Phase Drug Development Unit at The Kinghorn Cancer Centre, St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney. She specialises in early phase clinical trials with a focus on head and neck and skin cancers, and integrates biomarker science into trial design. Her research leverages proteomics to inform antibody–drug conjugates and novel cell therapies, building translational pipelines that bridge discovery with first-in-human studies. Dr Liu collaborates widely with biopharma and academic partners, a member of multiple drug development consortia locally (NECTA, Cancer Trials Australia) and globally (WIN Consortium), and serves on the AACR Clinical Trials Committee and ESMO Congress Scientific Committee (Tumor-Agnostic Track) with an emerging international reputation in oncology drug development and early phase clinical trials.
