Yoshiki Otsuka is a first-year PhD student in the Dr. Ayako Suzuki Lab at the Department of Computational Biology and Medical Sciences, The University of Tokyo. His research focuses on cancer genomics and epigenomics using long-read sequencing, integrating single-cell and spatial transcriptomics to elucidate lineage transitions in neuroendocrine carcinomas and the accompanying changes in the tumor microenvironment.
