Dr. Yu FENG, Vice Dean of The Great Bay branch, BGI Research
Dr. Feng obtained his PhD degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2020 and then joined BGI Research to work on R&D project in spatial omics. He specializes in cancer immunology and is dedicated in the development of spatial immune repertoire toolkits and pipelines. He is now the Vice Dean of the Great Bay branch of BGI Research. His group has released Stereo-XCR-seq at the beginning of this year, which pushed the resolution of spatial immune repertoire mapping to the single cell level. Based on this platform, his group has established worldwide collaborations in antibody discovery and TCR engineering for next-generation immunotherapies.
